Hello, my name is Morten.
I am a qualified and accredited clinical photographer currently working for one of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK. My work is mosty patient-facing, but I am often called upon for portraiture and editorial work at the different hospital sites I cover.
I am a seasoned editorial and commercial photographer having spent the majority of my career working in the media industry for PR and private clients, national picture agencies, and covering breaking news stories for the UK national press.
Alongside my photography portfolio, this website showcases my personal work in which I draw together the power of stills imagery and the spoken word to create meaningful pieces that I hope will engage the viewer.
I love working with mixed media to produce documentary projects that explore the world around me and I have a keen interest in vernacular photography which informs my approach to taking photographs for my commercial work and personal projects.
